โครงพัฒนาทักษะเดิมและสร้างทักษะใหม่ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ คณิตศาสตร์และการเขียนโปรแกรม สำหรับเยาวชน นักวิจัย นวัตกร และบุคคลทั่วไปใน 17 จังหวัดภาคเหนือ เพื่อเตรียมตัวสำหรับตลาดแรงงาน สนับสนุนโดย บพค.
โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อพัฒนาและส่งเสริมทักษะการเขียนโค้ดของนักเรียน นิสิต นักศึกษา และประชาชนทั่วไปในภาคเหนือ 17 จังหวัด ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการจะมีโอกาสเรียนรู้ทักษะที่เกี่ยวกับการเขียนโค้ด และทักษะต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องที่เหมาะสมกับช่วงอายุ มีโอกาสนำความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้กับปัญหาในชีวิตจริง และส่งเสริมการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม
