History of TaCS
The TaCS Center of Excellence in Theoretical and Computational Science (TaCS-CoE) was founded during the TaCS-Center 2014 which was successfully done at KMUTT, July 2013. It is a growing, interdisciplinary group of scholars from Theoretical and mathematical physics, nonlinear analysis, in particular, fixed point theory and to assess new developments, ideas, and methods in this important and dynamic field. A special emphasis will be put on applications in related areas, as well as other sciences, such as the natural sciences, medicine, economics, and engineering. TaCS-CoE (2021-2025) is Research Center of Excellence, research projects and publications at the King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT).
Additionally, TaCS-CoE has now entered its second phase, supported by King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi through the Research, Innovation, and Partnerships Office. The center has been granted funding under the High-Quality Research Unit Support Program, with the operational period spanning fiscal years 2025–2028.
