On September 22, 2026, the TaCS Center of Excellence welcomed exchange students participating in the “FROM LAB TO INDUSTRY” International Study Camp & Tour 2026 for an engaging introduction to its research environment and activities. The TaCS Center of Excellence brings together researchers working across theoretical and computational science, with research spanning mathematical theory, computational methods, and interdisciplinary applications to scientific and technological challenges. As part of the visit, the students also explored the Fixed Point Lab (SCL802), where they were introduced to research in fixed point theory, mathematical analysis, and related computational approaches. The visit provided an opportunity for the students to learn about the research ecosystem at TaCS, interact with researchers, and gain a broader perspective on how fundamental mathematical and computational research contributes to innovation and international collaboration.
