On September 22, 2026, exchange students participating in the “FROM LAB TO INDUSTRY” International Study Camp & Tour 2026 visited the Laboratory for Interface & Surface Characterization (ISC) at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT). The ISC Laboratory, part of KMUTT’s Nanoscience and Nanotechnology Graduate Program, focuses on advanced perovskite materials and device architectures for solar cells and photodetectors, with particular emphasis on improving device efficiency, stability, and reliability. During the visit, the students were introduced to the laboratory’s research on surface and interface engineering, as well as advanced fabrication and characterization techniques used to investigate perovskite materials and devices. TaCS member Asst. Prof. Dr. Nopporn Rujisamphan, who provided insightful explanations of the laboratory’s research, facilities, and scientific applications. The visit gave the students a closer look at how materials science, device fabrication, and interface engineering contribute to developing next-generation optoelectronic technologies.
