From December 17 to 18, 2025, Dr. Parin Chaipunya, a member of the Center of Excellence in Theoretical and Computational Science, in collaboration with Prof. Michel De Lara from École des Ponts ParisTech (ENPC), organized a training course titled “Stochastic Optimization Modeling for Energy” for the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA).
The training aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge of modeling and decision-making under uncertainty in energy systems. It also served as a platform for discussions on future academic-industry collaboration, highlighting opportunities to apply KMUTT’s research outcomes to practical energy challenges in partnership with the industrial sector.
